The biennial 2017 Bolling Family Reunion is scheduled for the weekend of October 5th to 8th in Williamsburg at The Clarion Hotel, formerly the Williamsburg Holiday Inn where we held the 2013 and 2015 reunion. Please send in your registrations as soon as possible. Registration forms were available provided in the May 2017 newsletter and is also available as an attachment located at the bottom of this document. For room reservations, please contract the Clarion hotel directly at 1-757-565-2600 and state that you are with the Bolling Family Reunion. The rooms are $79 per night (plus tax) and include a complimentary breakfast. There is full wifi access in the bedrooms and meeting rooms as well as the indoor and outdoor pools.

- 10 AM Tour of American Revolution Museum, Yorktown (transportation in your own car). Afternoon free for other tours as desired in Williamsburg or Yorktown.
The cost of the tour will be $15

9:00 AM: BFA Board of Directors Meeting (all Invited)
Noon: Sandwich Luncheon
1:00 PM: Family Meeting
6:30 PM: Reception
7:00 PM: Banquet. $60 for adults, $8 for youths (6-12) and students
